Taylor Harris

Taylor Harris began their work experience as a QA Materials Engineer at Vine Laboratories Inc in January 2019. In this role, they were responsible for handling all field and laboratory acceptance testing and documenting material results for the Boulder Canyon flood repair and roadway renovation project. They relocated to Pensacola, Florida in July 2021.

In November 2021, Taylor joined MAVERICK Technologies, A Rockwell Automation Company as an Automation Engineer I. They specialize in platform-agnostic control systems engineering, with particular expertise in validated building automation. They have authored approximately 30 Detailed Design Specifications for a renowned client in the life science/pharmaceutical industry. Currently, they are mentoring with MAVERICK's Emerson DeltaV Subject Matter Expert (SME) on a long-term project involving the migration of an on-site power station for a pulp and paper client. They have been collaborating on implementing various control strategy enhancements, leveraging their background in chemical process design and technical document management.

Taylor Harris obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, where they studied from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, Taylor obtained certifications in "Learn Industrial Automation" from LinkedIn in October 2021 and became an "Engineer In Training" from NCEES in July 2019.
