Darren Fischer has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Darren started their career in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Platoon Commander & Executive Officer, Operations Officer, and Director of Combat Skills Training School. During their time in the Marine Corps, they implemented important changes and improvements, including increasing training throughput, improving materiel use efficiency, and stimulating new discussion on organizational doctrine.

After leaving the military, Darren held positions at Windermere Exclusive Properties as a Real Estate Consultant, where they successfully negotiated commercial transactions and increased their personal investment portfolio. Darren then joined R Capital Advisors and Cesium Capital Consulting, LLC as a Partner, providing strategic advisory, capital raising, and consulting services to alternative asset fund managers. Darren played a key role in fund formation, preparing marketing materials, and conducting due diligence on behalf of the fund managers.

In 2010, Darren took on the role of Chief Investment Officer at Carpe Victoria Capital Management Inc, where they led investment initiatives and managed the company's investment strategies.

Currently, Darren is the CEO of Maverick Trading, a proprietary trading firm with divisions in Equity Options and Foreign Exchange. In addition to their CEO role, they also worked as an Options Trader and Recruiter for the firm, responsible for driving controlled growth by hiring and qualifying new Options Traders.
