Sarthak Banta is a seasoned CRM strategist with extensive experience in developing and implementing marketing automation tools and retention strategies. Currently serving as a CRM Strategist at Mavlers since February 2025, Sarthak previously held the position of CRM Transformation Consultant at Massive Rocket, where responsibilities included onboarding clients to Braze and enhancing team processes. Prior to that, Sarthak was the Sr. Retention Manager at Supertails, focusing on customer retention strategies, and served as Sr. Manager - CRM Campaigns at Dentsu India, leading a team to create digital transformation solutions. Earlier roles include Manager and Senior Analyst in CRM Campaigns at Merkle, where comprehensive marketing calendars and audience segmentation were key responsibilities.
