E.M. Pabel

E.M. Pabel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They began their career at ABJ Management, where they served as a Manager from April 2012 to April 2014. Following this, E.M. Pabel joined LeverPoint Management, LLC, working in the Private Equity and Venture Capital Industry from April 2014 to July 2015. They then transitioned to JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they worked as an Analyst in the Corporate & Investment Bank Division from July 2015 to January 2016.

In 2016, E.M. Pabel joined The Citco Group Limited, focusing on the Private Equity and Real Estate Industry. They held this role from May 2016 to February 2019. During their time at The Citco Group Limited, E.M. Pabel was actively involved in these industries.

They then moved on to MTX Group, initially serving as a Finance & Operations Consultant from August 2018 to January 2019. In February 2019, E.M. Pabel took on the role of Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Acting Chief Financial Officer until May 2019. As Deputy Chief Financial Officer, they reported directly to the Chief Operating Officer and fulfilled the responsibilities of both a Chief Operating and Financial Officer. They also held the positions of Global Head of MTX Investment Group Inc. and Global Head of Finance & Operations for the US, India, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand at MTX Group. E.M. Pabel was recognized as the 2019 Innovator of the Year during their time at MTX Group.

Most recently, E.M. Pabel joined mavQ as the Global Head of Treasury, Finance & Operations in November 2021. They continue to hold this position.

E.M. Pabel completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The College of Saint Rose from 2007 to 2010. Following that, from 2010 to 2011, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Accounting from the same institution.
