Robin De Pelham has had a long and successful career in human resources and management. Robin began their career as an intern at Best Buy Canada, where they quickly rose to the position of Senior Leadership Development Coordinator. From there, they went on to work as a human resources consultant for The Karmichael Group and then as a Venue Manager for the Vancouver Organizing Committee for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. In 2009, they joined Mogo as VP of People and Culture, where they have been instrumental in developing the company's people-first culture. In 2021, they were promoted to Chief People Officer.

Robin De Pelham has an MBA from The University of British Columbia with a special interest in Supply Chain Management and Human Resources. Robin also has a Bachelor of Arts from The University of British Columbia, with a major in Psychology and a minor in English Literature.
