Phil Parry

Phil Parry has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Phil is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer at Mawdsleys since May 2023. Previously, they served as the UK General Manager at Ethypharm from January 2019 to December 2022, where they were responsible for coordinating all UK activities and implementing strategic changes. Before that, they worked at Martindale Pharma as the Technical Director from July 2014 to December 2018 and as the VP Quality from May 2010 to June 2014. Phil also worked at Cardinal Health as the VP Quality from November 2008 to May 2010. Earlier in their career, Phil worked at Wockhardt UK in various roles, including Manufacturing Manager, Steriles, Technical Manager, and QA Manager. Phil started their career at CP Pharmaceuticals, where they held positions such as QA Manager - Steriles, Senior Quality Assurance Officer, QA Officer, Stability Section Head, Senior Laboratory Technician, Product Development Technician, and Microbiology Laboratory Technician.

Phil Parry attended Upton by Chester High School from 1978 to 1984. During this time, they did not complete a degree or have a specific field of study. Phil later pursued higher education at the North East Wales Institute (NEWI) from 1984 to 1989, where they obtained a GRSC degree in Chemistry.
