Patti Lang

Patti Lang (Norman) is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across the finance and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as Compliance Lead for the Individual Client Group at Mawer Investment Management since June 2020, Patti Lang has also contributed to the Chestermere Women’s Crisis Society as Governance Director and Privacy Officer from September 2022 to August 2023, where efforts focused on supporting vulnerable women in crisis. Previous positions include Chief Compliance Officer at Portfolio Strategies Corporation, Compliance Manager at Walton Capital Management, and Senior Compliance Officer at Canoe Financial, among others. Patti Lang has a strong background in compliance processes, regulatory matters, and operational management, underscored by educational credentials from the University of Calgary.
