Shahad Alzamil is a proactive student at Columbia University pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering. Currently, Shahad serves as the Secretary and a Board Member for the Saudi Students Association at Columbia University, in addition to mentoring at NAHJ and working as a Content Specialist at Nuqsh. Shahad actively contributes as a member of several organizations, including the Saudi Leadership Society and the Youth Visionaries Association. As a MiSK Fellow with the Misk Foundation, Shahad is involved in developing technological tools for health manpower planning, having been selected from 8,000 applicants. Shahad's past achievements include being a finalist in the National Olympiad "Ibdaa" and winning a silver medal at the International Invention, Innovation and Technology Exhibition for a prototype aiding epileptic patients. Additionally, Shahad has held advisory roles and demonstrated leadership through founding and presiding over the Insight Society Club.
