Becky Mak

Becky Mak began their work experience in 2006 as a Human Resources Officer at The Swank Shop Limited. Becky then worked as a Human Resources Officer at Escada Hong Kong Limited in 2010. In 2011, Becky became a Senior HR Officer at King Fook Holdings Limited before transitioning to Assistant HR Manager at The Swank Shop Limited later that same year. In 2014, they took on the role of Regional HR Manager at SMCP - Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot, where they worked until 2017. From 2017 to 2021, Becky worked at Richemont, starting as an HR Manager for Montblanc before becoming a Senior HR Manager for Fashion and Accessories and then an Associate HR Director for Regional Functions. Currently, Becky is the Head of Human Resources at Max Mara Fashion Group, a position they have held since 2023.

Becky Mak completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management at the City University of Hong Kong in 2006.
