Dr. Sweta Talyan

Dr. Sweta Talyan is a distinguished researcher with extensive experience in the field of bioinformatics and computational biology. Currently serving as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Heart and Lung Research since May 2020, Dr. Talyan previously held positions as a Post Doctoral Scientist and Post Doctoral Researcher at University Hospital Heidelberg from July 2018 to May 2020, and as a PhD Research Scholar at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz from December 2014 to June 2018. Dr. Talyan's academic background includes a PhD in Computational Biology from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, a Master's degree in Bioinformatics from Savitribai Phule Pune University, and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from SILAS, Jaipur National University. Additionally, experience includes roles as a Domain Analyst at Persistent Systems and involvement in algorithm development as a Senior Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Science.
