Antara Raheja

Antara Raheja has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 20 years. Antara is currently employed as an Assistant General Manager at ISS A/S (Barclays Account) since January 2022. Prior to this, Antara worked as a Sr Regional Head of Learning & Development at Max Skill First Limited from 2016 onwards. Before that, they held the position of Senior Manager of Learning & Development at Max Life Insurance Company Limited starting from November 2009. At Max Life Insurance, they were responsible for providing technical and product expertise training on a national level, as well as coordinating training needs with the national training team. Antara's earlier work experience includes being a Team Leader at WNS Global Services from April 2004 to November 2006, where they managed a team of 30 people and handled core UK motor insurance recovery processes. Antara also worked at Bharti Airtel Limited as an RCC from April 2002 to July 2003, where they handled customer grievances, sim card activation, and billing processes.

Antara Raheja completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Dr DY Patil College from 1998 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from St Josephs Convent, where they studied from 1985 to 1997.
