Nehal Atef

Nehal Atef is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and management. Currently serving as the People & Culture Senior Manager (HRBP) at MaxAB from November 2021 to April 2024, Nehal drives people strategies for key central functions in Egypt, focusing on talent management and organizational design. Previously held roles include People & Culture Manager at MaxAB and Human Resources Specialist at Nile University. Nehal also contributed as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Recruitment Specialist at Teleperformance. In addition to HR roles, Nehal has experience as an Exam Invigilator with the British Council and as a Part-Time English Instructor at Berlitz. Nehal holds a Human Resources Certificate from The American University in Cairo and a Bachelor's degree in Italian Language and Literature from Al Alsun Faculty.
