Jennifer Mugrage

Director of Maxana’s HR Team. Ms Mugrage focus is to insure that Maxana Team members have the best possible employment experience. Leading and building Maxana’s world class benefits programs to enable employees to get the most out of their careers while at Maxana. She brings a combination of Human Resource management with background in non-profit and government sector previously providing program management, case management, and business process improvement skills enhancing the lives of the underserved community. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology with a concentration in counseling.
