Ashley Smith

Ashley Smith, CPA, CISA is a highly experienced professional who currently holds the position of Senior Director of Global Accounting and Financial Compliance, as well as Senior Director of SOX & International Compliance at Maxar Technologies. Prior to this, Ashley worked at Cloud Peak Energy and held various roles including Manager Internal Audit, SOX, Senior Internal Auditor, and Senior Accountant. Ashley also has experience as a Senior Auditor in Financial Services and Government Services at Wipfli (formally Porter Keadle Moore, LLP). Ashley holds a Master of Accounting degree from Parker College of Business-Georgia Southern University, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
