Shlok S.

Shlok S. has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. In 2017, they founded STEM For Kids, an after-school program that introduced STEM topics to elementary and middle school children through engineering-based activities. Shlok also developed a curriculum for a local startup, Gladiators of Communication, focused on improving public speaking skills. From 2017 to 2019, Shlok worked as a teacher, designing English curriculum for unoccupied children during the COVID-19 pandemic at The Study Huddle. In 2020, they served as a web developer at American Music Academy, where they designed and developed the academy's website and contributed to the commerce/payment system. Shlok also founded IvyOdds that year, developing an algorithm and an iOS app to assist high schoolers with navigating the college process. Lastly, in 2021, Shlok became the Director of Product Design at MaxedS, where they conceptualized the product, prepared business cases, and conducted industry research. Additionally, they served as the Web Development Team Lead for Make Everyone A Bookworm in 2020.
