Donald Cowles

Assembly Engineer at MaXentric Technologies

Donald Cowles worked as an Assembly Engineer at MaXentric Technologies LLC from March 2015 till present. In this role, they tested and delivered various projects including a power-amplifier platform and an anechoic chamber alternative for antenna characterization. Donald also designed a PCB layout for detecting Trojans and malicious hardware in ICs. Prior to this, Donald worked as a Student Caller at RuffaloCODY from August 2009 to May 2010. In this role, they fundraised over $40,000 for the university and provided guidance to newer callers.

Donald Cowles earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nanoengineering with a focus on Materials Science from UC San Diego. Donald attended the university from 2007 to 2013. During their time at UC San Diego, they also pursued a minor in Theatre. In February 2014, Donald obtained the Engineer-in-Training certification from the Board of Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists.
