Abdul Hadi Abdul Jalil is an experienced engineering professional specializing in solar technology and process management. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager – Module at Maxeon Solar Technologies since June 2019, Abdul Hadi has played a key role in startup initiatives for module assembly and operational improvements. Prior positions include Thermal Process Manager & Integration Manager at Maxeon Solar/Sunpower Malaysia, where Abdul Hadi focused on sustainability and cross-functional communication to enhance thermal processes. Previous experience includes significant roles at AUO SunPower Sdn Bhd and Sunpower Malaysia Sdn Bhd, where responsibilities encompassed thermal process management, yield integration, and process engineering. With a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Vanderbilt University, Abdul Hadi brings over two decades of expertise in the semiconductor and solar industries.
