Alyssa Lagrosa

Alyssa Lagrosa has a solid work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Alyssa worked at Maxeon Solar Technologies as a Talent Acquisition Lead, where they were responsible for end-to-end hiring, meeting hiring forecasts, and ensuring a quality experience for candidates, partners, and hiring managers. Alyssa also held the role of Global Talent Acquisition Partner Ops at the same company. Prior to that, they worked at Eaton as a GBO Talent Acquisition - Associate Analyst. Alyssa has experience in conducting intake meetings with hiring managers, handling recruitment for mid to senior management positions, and ensuring the availability of talent in the local job market. Alyssa also worked at ABS-CBN Corporation as a Recruitment Service Owner.

Alyssa Lagrosa completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) in Human Resource Development Management at Polytechnic University of the Philippines from 2011 to 2015. Alyssa later pursued a Certification in Korean Language at the University of the Philippines from 2018 to 2019. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter certification from AIRS powered by ADP in November 2019 and holds the certification of Certified Targeted Selection Interviewer from DDI | Development Dimensions International.
