Su-Lynn Choy

Su-Lynn Choy has extensive experience in the legal field. Su-Lynn is currently serving as the Director, Senior Corporate Counsel at Maxeon Solar Technologies since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Credit Suisse for six years, from March 2016 to March 2022, as the Director, General Counsel Division. Su-Lynn Choy also gained experience as a Senior Associate at Latham & Watkins from August 2006 to April 2014. During their time at Latham & Watkins, they also served as a Secondee Lawyer at Macquarie Capital Partners from October 2011 to February 2012. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Associate at Clifford Chance LLP from February 2003 to June 2006.

Su-Lynn Choy obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Law from King's College London from 1997 to 2000. Su-Lynn then pursued a Master's Degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School from 2001 to 2002. In 2002, they became an Attorney after passing the New York State Bar examination. Additionally, in 2005, they obtained the certification of Solicitor in England & Wales.
