Valentina Maggiore

Valentina Maggiore has a extensive work experience in the field of marketing and sales enablement. Valentina is currently working as the Vice President of Global Marketing & Sales Enablement at Maxeon Solar Technologies since July 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director of Global Marketing & Sales Enablement at the same company from August 2020 to July 2022. Before joining Maxeon Solar Technologies, Valentina worked at SunPower Corporation for nearly a decade in various roles including Senior Director of Global Marketing & Sales Enablement, Sr. Director of Global Marketing & Sales Enablement, Director of Global Marketing, Marketing & Go-to-Market Director Europe, Distributed Generation, Marketing Director Europe, Distributed Generation, and Senior Marketing Manager, among others. Valentina has also worked as a Marketing Manager at ENERQOS SPA, Marketing Manager at Thera - Infracom Italia SpA, Junior Marketing Manager at Conergy AG, and Junior Marketing & Communication Manager at Confesercenti. Valentina's experience spans across different regions and they have demonstrated expertise in planning and managing marketing budgets, researching market trends, developing marketing materials, and ensuring consistent brand presentation.

Valentina Maggiore has an extensive education history. Valentina obtained a Master's degree in Economia e Gestione delle PMI (Management) from Consorzio Università Impresa - Brescia in 2009. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from IULM University between 1999 and 2004, with a focus on PR, Communication, Marketing, Brand management, and Economy. In 2003, they also studied Affari e relazioni internazionali (International Affairs and Relations) at Université de Tours.

Valentina Maggiore has also pursued various executive programs and certifications. In 2021, they completed an Executive Program in Digital transformation from MIP Politecnico di Milano. In 2022, they attended the POLIMI Graduate School of Management for a program in Data-driven innovation.
