Mario Leite

Mario Leite is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in healthcare investment banking. Currently serving as Managing Director at Maxim Group since January 2019, Mario has held various leadership roles, including Vice President at B. Riley Financial and RBC Capital Markets. Prior to their investment banking career, Mario founded and led Tea•rrific! Ice Cream as CEO. Mario's background includes an Associate position at Needham & Company in the Biotechnology/Life Sciences Group and a research role at CuraGen Corporation. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular & Cell Biology from the University of Connecticut.
