Matthew Sticklin

As CFO, Matthew is responsible for leading all of Maxim’s financial operations and activities and establishing and monitoring financial plans and budgets.

Matthew joined Maxim in 2003 as a reimbursement specialist and has served in several capacities within the company, including reimbursement specialist, financial analyst, controller and senior vice president of Finance. He has also served as the CFO for Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA) and Allegis Partners, part of the Allegis Group.

Matthew earned dual Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Natural Science degrees from Muhlenberg College. He serves as a treasurer and board member for Downtown Baltimore Child Care, a nonprofit that provides early education and childcare to the local community.
