Richard Li

As Chief Information Officer, Richard supports Maxim’s strategic initiatives and oversees the Information Services and Marketing departments. He is dedicated to innovation and continuous improvement, including developing and delivering technology solutions that support business needs.

Richard joined Maxim in 2010, and has played an instrumental role in leading Maxim’s technology strategy and roadmap. With over 20 years of Information Technology experience, Richard has enabled Maxim to make tremendous strides in the ability to align technology with business processes and client needs and has led the development and implementation of the current core applications.

Richard received his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School.
