Trinh Phan

Trinh Phan has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Trinh began their career as a Shift Lead at Baskin 31 Robbins, where they demonstrated strong time management, team-building, and customer service skills. Trinh then progressed to a Shift Manager at The Boiling Crab, where they effectively managed a team and resolved customer complaints. In 2018, they joined Maxim Healthcare Group as a Lead Behavior Therapist/Intensive Behavioral Support Provider, providing therapy and implementing treatment plans for individual clients. Most recently, Trinh worked as a Clinical Leader at the Center for Social Dynamics, where they facilitated parent training, supervised social skills groups, and trained new behavior therapists.

Trinh Phan earned an Associate's Degree in General Studies with an emphasis in Sociology from Evergreen Valley College in 2008-2012. Later, in 2014-2017, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with a concentration in Community Change from San Jose State University. Trinh is currently attending Capella University from 2021-2023 to acquire a Master's degree in Psychology with an emphasis in ABA.
