Gints Kaņepītis

Gints Kanepitis has a varied professional background, starting as a Cabin Crew member at airBaltic and then transitioning to roles in the Latvian National Armed Forces and the National Guard as a Soldier. Gints later joined Maxima Latvija as a Business Process Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Gints also held leadership positions at Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences Student Union and gained experience as a Talent Acquisition Trainee at airBaltic. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Vidzeme University and the University of Valencia, Gints shows a dedication to both their education and their career development.
