Dhruvil Upadhyay

Dhruvil Upadhyay has a diverse work experience in the field of technical support and software development. Dhruvil began their career at EmailMonks as a Business Developer in 2014. Dhruvil then worked as a Software Developer at i-Cube Engineering Solutions Inc., where they handled Java development and collaborated with clients to gather requirements. In 2017, Dhruvil joined Shaw Communications as a Technical Service Representative, providing technical support and troubleshooting guidance to customers. Dhruvil then transitioned to Cell Universe Ltd., where they served as a Technical Advisor and developed websites using WordPress CMS and BlueHost Linux Server. In 2020, they became a Technical Support Specialist at Cypress Solutions, where they reviewed and maintained various systems and provided problem diagnosis and support to customers. Dhruvil further expanded their technical support capabilities by joining Kyndryl in 2021 as a Technical Support Analyst, where they participated in a large-scale integration project and supported employees for the BC Covid vaccine line. Currently, they hold the position of a Technical Support Specialist at Maximizer starting in 2022. Overall, Dhruvil has shown a strong background in technical support and software development throughout their career.

Dhruvil Upadhyay has an extensive education history in the field of computer science and information security. Dhruvil started their academic journey in 2010 and graduated in 2014 from Government Engineering College, Gandhinagar with a Bachelor of Computer Science degree, specializing in Computer Engineering.

After completing their bachelor's degree, Dhruvil pursued further education at Fairleigh Dickinson University from 2016 to 2018. During this period, they simultaneously earned two master's degrees. The first degree they obtained was a Master of Science (MS) in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance. Their second master's degree is a Master of Administrative Science in Computer Security and Administration.

In addition to their formal education, Dhruvil has also earned several certifications to further enhance their knowledge and skills. In March 2023, they obtained the certification of Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft. Dhruvil also holds certifications in Technical Support Fundamentals and The Bits and Bytes of Computer Networking, which were obtained in July 2019 from Google.
