Eloy Retana

Eloy Retana is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in network engineering and commercial real estate. Currently serving as Principal at Apex Communities LLC since August 2018, Eloy focuses on acquiring Class C apartments and RV/mobile home parks across the southern United States. Since March 2016, Eloy has also held the position of Senior Network Engineer at MAXIMUS, following a similar role at Epsilon from March 2012 to March 2016, where involvement in network delivery projects and data center migrations was key. Eloy's earlier career includes IT security engineering at EchoStar Corporation and leadership in network engineering at Wall Street On Demand, as well as supporting major government and commercial clients at Siemens Government Services, Alcatel-Lucent, and GTE Government Systems. Educational background includes studies at the Computer Learning Center and ongoing education at Antelope Valley College.
