Scott Barr

Scott Barr is the Senior Vice President of Technology & Consulting at Maximus. Scott has over 20 years of experience in management and consulting, and has been with Maximus for over two years. Prior to joining Maximus, Mr. Barr was the President of Sierra7, Inc., a position they held for two years. Scott has also served as an adjunct professor of organizational change management at Georgetown University and as a managing director at vetSante. Mr. Barr has a bachelor's degree in business administration from George Mason University and a master's degree in organizational psychology from Columbia University.
