As a registered Organisational Psychologist, Danielle offers to Maximus experience and knowledge of the factors that impact organisational performance, offering insight into the needs of an organisation across varying levels, whilst proposing solutions that drive better outcomes at the individual, team and organisation level.

At Maximus, Danielle’s role sees her involved in the design, development and delivery of transformational experiences that help leaders stretch and grow. Her passion for motivating and empowering others to be the best version of themselves, sees her coach and challenge others in a way that results in lasting impact. Her experience in psychometric assessment also brings an added layer to her coaching, facilitation and design drawing out deeper insights for individuals.

Danielle has worked with clients across a range of industries including Johnson & Johnson, Sunsuper, BDO, Foxtel, Vodafone, CBA and Urbis.
