Matt Stapleton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and customer success across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Account Management Team Lead at Maxio since October 2021, Matt has played key roles as an Account Manager and Customer Success Manager, contributing to subscription and revenue management solutions. Prior to Maxio, Matt was the Customer Success Lead at NextAgency, overseeing customer relationships from pre-sale to adoption. Previous experience includes serving as Sr. Account Executive at RECVUE and Recurly Inc., where Matt significantly contributed to sales process development and growth. Earlier in the career, Matt was the Sales Director at Emburse Tallie, leading a comprehensive sales program focused on exceeding revenue targets and enhancing customer delivery.
