Celia R. Zanella de Almeida

Celia R. Zanella de Almeida is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director and Brazil HR Shared Services at Maxion Wheels since January 2010. Additionally, Celia holds the position of Diretora da Fundação Iochpe since January 2012. Prior to these roles, Celia gained significant experience as the Administrative Director of HR and IT at Iochpe-Maxion SA - Fumagalli Division from 1992 to 2012. Celia's education includes a C-Level FGV qualification in Chief Human Resources Officer from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2022, an Executive Development Program from Fundação Dom Cabral in 2011, an MBA in Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 1999, and a degree in Systems Analysis from UNIMEP - Piracicaba completed in 1991.
