Agnel Raj has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Agnel started their career at Hewlett-Packard as an Inside Sales Account Manager from 2001 to 2003. Agnel then joined Symantec as an SME Sales, Asia South from 2003 to 2006. From 2007 to 2014, they worked at HRnet One, where they held the positions of Senior Regional Consultant and Principal Consultant, focusing on business development, strategic partnerships, and talent recruitment. Since 2014, Agnel has been working at Maxis, initially as an HR Business Partner - Sales and Service, where they led people management and change management projects. Agnel then moved on to become the Culture and Transformation Lead, focusing on change management strategies and employee adoption. Currently, they hold the role of Head Young Talent.
