Liliana Chizhova

Liliana Chizhova has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment. Liliana currently holds the position of Head Of Recruitment at Tele2, starting in April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Recruitment Lead at Home Credit and Finance Bank from August 2018 to April 2021. Liliana also worked at Alfa-Bank as the Head of Product & Marketing division recruitment and as an Executive Search Recruiter from May 2017 to August 2018. Before that, Liliana worked at Schneider Electric as an Executive Talent Sourcer from December 2015 to April 2017. Liliana began their career at RosExpert as a Recruiter, Executive Search from September 2010 to November 2015.
