Ahmad Safrul Ayub began their work experience in 2004 as a Senior Consultant at Agenda, where they served as a J2EE Developer and Business Analyst. Ahmad Safrul played a key role in developing a Customer Care Portal for DiGi Telecommunications. In 2007, they joined Maxis as a Billing Architect and Project Manager, supporting internal users on new products and services. Ahmad Safrul managed various projects for different divisions within Maxis and worked closely with business and technical users. In 2010, Ahmad moved to U Mobile, where they served as a Project Manager and Integration Architect. Finally, in 2011, they returned to Maxis as a Lead Business Analyst.
Ahmad Safrul Ayub earned a Bachelor (Hons) Degree in Computer Information Studies from Northumbria University from 2002 to 2004. Ahmad Safrul also attended MARA Junior Science College (MRSM) from 1995 to 1996 for their high school education. Prior to that, they studied at Sekolah Menengah Taman Tun Dr Ismail, where they obtained their PMR in Science from 1991 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Ahmad Safrul Ayub obtained certifications in "Deliver Location-Based Notifications with iBeacons in iOS" from Lynda.com in November 2016 and "Learning Cloud Computing: Core Concepts" from Lynda.com in October 2016.
