Pradeepa Balasubramanian has a strong background in AI, digital technology, and insurance operations. Currently serving as AI-Lead at Max Life Insurance Company Limited, Pradeepa focuses on building intelligent products to predict and serve the right customers at the right time. With previous experience at Mphasis and Cognizant, Pradeepa has a solid foundation in project management, software engineering, and functional consulting within the insurance industry. Additionally, Pradeepa holds a Master's Degree in Applied Mathematics and recently completed an Advanced Program in Fintech and Financial Blockchain at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
