Suhail Ghai

Suhail Ghai is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in driving digital transformation and IT strategy across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director & Chief Digital and Information Officer at Max Life Insurance Company Limited since March 2019, Suhail leads the Technology Function, overseeing all facets of IT including infrastructure, operations, and analytics. Prior to this role, Suhail held various leadership positions at PepsiCo from February 2010 to March 2019, including Chief Information Officer for the India Region and Director of Global Business Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed managing technology delivery and overseeing SAP projects across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. With a background at L'Oréal India, Suhail was responsible for IT strategy and project delivery. Educational credentials include a PGDBM in Finance from the Management Development Institute and a B.Com (H) from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
