Jagdish Kaushik

Jagdish Kaushik has worked in various engineering roles throughout their career. Jagdish started their career at Samsung Electronics as an R&D Hardware Engineer, where they focused on designing and developing micro-controller signal conditioning circuits and power supply circuits. Jagdish then worked at Conexant as a Lead Hardware Design Engineer, designing reference and development boards for digital subscriber link products. Afterward, they joined LG Electronics as an Asst. Manager R&D, where they were responsible for new product development and implementation. Jagdish then worked at Lantiq an Intel Company as a Staff Hardware System Development Engineer, focusing on the verification and validation of Ethernet chips. Following this, they joined Intel Corporation and worked as a Senior Staff Hardware System Development Engineer, specializing in system-on-chip validation and verification. Currently, they are employed at MaxLinear as an AE Principal Engineer.

Jagdish Kaushik completed their primary and secondary education at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1996 to 1997, obtaining the AISSCE degree with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM). Jagdish then enrolled at the National Institute of Technology in Kurukshetra, Haryana, and graduated in 2003 with a degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Jagdish Kaushik has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Some of these certifications include Allegro Sigrity Package Assessment and Model Extraction v2023.1-HF1 Exam from Cadence Design Systems, Generative AI Overview for Project Managers from the Project Management Institute, and Allegro High-Speed Constraint Management vSPB17.4 Exam from Cadence Design Systems. Jagdish has also acquired certifications in various areas such as data science methodologies, networking essentials, project management foundations, artificial intelligence, cloud data center network construction, and machine learning.

It is important to note that Jagdish Kaushik obtained the Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Samsung India in January 2006, which is their earliest certification on record.
