Oren Ben-Hamo

Oren Ben-Hamo has extensive experience in hardware system engineering and leadership roles within the technology industry. Oren is currently serving as the Senior Director of Hardware System Engineering and Israel Site COO at MaxLinear, where they head the HW/RF system group in the Broadband Access division. In this role, they are responsible for RF system, platform architecture, simulations, project management, silicon support, board design, prototype production, validation, and automation development.

Before joining MaxLinear, Oren worked at Intel Corporation for ten years, holding the position of Director of Hardware Platform Engineering. Prior to that, they served as a Hardware R&D Manager at Texas Instruments for nearly ten years.

Oren's career began in the IDF's 8200 unit, where they worked as an RF Lab Manager. Overall, their experience spans over 25 years in various technical and leadership roles.

Oren Ben-Hamo completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering at Tel Aviv University from 1998 to 2002. Afterward, they pursued their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) at Derby, which they completed in 2008.
