Rachel Bourne, CFMP, CSM

Rachel Bourne, CFMP, CSM has a long history of working in the financial services industry. Rachel began their career in 2008 as a Customer Service Associate at BayCoast Bank. Rachel then moved on to Stiles Associates in 2010 as an Office/Research Assistant. In 2016, they took on the role of Project Manager at Ariett. In 2017, they joined Radius Bank as a Project Manager and later as VP Virtual Business & Fintech BAAS Partnerships. In 2021, they became Director of BaaS Operations and Fintech Partnerships at LendingClub and currently holds the position of Head of Bank Partnerships at MaxMyInterest.

Rachel Bourne, CFMP, CSM has an extensive educational background. Rachel earned their MBA in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University, a Graduate Certificate in Marketing & Social Media from the same university, and a Human Resource Graduate Certificate from the same university. Rachel also earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Colby-Sawyer College. Additionally, they attended the New England School for Financial Studies for Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. Lastly, they attended the ABA Bank Marketing School. In addition to their educational background, Rachel is also certified as a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance, and has obtained Solution Skills Customer Service Training, Just Right Management Development Program, Touche Advisor Educational Services - Intermediate, and Touche Advisor Educational Services - New User.
