Joel Dickes

Joel Dickes has extensive work experience in the IT development and analytics field. Joel started their career at Sprint as a Senior Business Analyst from 2001 to 2008. Joel then joined Argus Health in 2008 and held various roles including Application Consultant and Software Development Manager until 2019. At SS&C Health, formerly known as Argus Health Solutions, Joel served as an IT Product Development Manager from 2015 to 2019. Currently, they are the Vice President of IT Development & Analytics at Maxor National Pharmacy Services, LLC, a role they have held since January 2022.

Joel Dickes received their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Rockhurst University in 2004. Prior to that, they attended Northwest Missouri State University from 1997 to 2001, where they studied Management Information Systems.
