Larry Koesterer

Larry Koesterer has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Larry is currently the Senior Director- Supply Chain Management at Maxor National Pharmacy Services. In this role, they oversee and manages all aspects of supply chain management, including procurement, inventory management, supplier relationships, and program management.

Prior to their current position, Larry held the role of Senior Director - Category Management at Intalere, where they managed a Pharmacy program and GPO contract portfolio of over $1.2 billion. Larry also served as a Senior Category Lead, Category Lead, Director Strategic Sourcing, and Director of Contracting Solutions.

Before joining Intalere, Larry worked as the Director - Sourcing, Pharmacy, Laboratory and IV Products at The Resource Group, Spend Management Solutions. Larry also held various senior leadership positions at Ascension, including Senior Director - Pharmacy and Lab Services, Senior Director - Pharmacy, Group Purchasing and Support Services, and Director - Contracting and Performance Improvement.

Larry's earlier work experience includes roles such as Director Of Pharmacy Services at St. Louis University Hospital, System Director - Pharmacy Services at Mercy, Senior District Operations Manager, District Operations Manager, and Transition Team Manager at Cardinal Health, and Director Of Pharmacy Services at St. Louis Children's Hospital.

Throughout their career, Larry has demonstrated expertise in supply chain management, procurement, category management, strategic sourcing, and contracting. Larry has a track record of improving quality, productivity, and cost reduction in their roles.

Larry Koesterer holds a Doctor of Management degree from Webster University, which they obtained in 2022. Larry also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Webster University. Larry has attained professional development in organizational leadership from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business and completed the Executive Program in Healthcare Management from the University of Southern California. For their undergraduate education, Larry earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis. Alongside their formal education, Larry has obtained various certifications, including Certified Material & Resource Professional (CMRP) from the American Hospital Association, Certifed Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) from the Institute for Supply Management, and they are a Registered Pharmacist in the states of Missouri and Illinois.
