Obed Bigirimana

Obed BIGIRIMANA is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Country Manager and Trainer at Maxpert GmbH since February 2023, focusing on skills development in project, product, and IT service management in Africa. Previous roles include Rwanda National Coordinator for Article26, LMS Administrator Consultant at The African Leadership University, and Instructional Technologist at the University of Global Health Equity.
