Konstantin Loutsenko

Director of Software Engineering at MaxSold

Konstantin Loutsenko has extensive work experience in the software engineering and information technology fields. Konstantin began their career in 2004 as a freelance web developer and consultant. In 2008, they joined Direct Energy Marketing Limited as a Web Producer/Developer in Online Marketing, where they managed, trained, and mentored junior web producers and contractors. In 2010, they were a Graduate Assistant for IT Project Management at Ryerson University. From 2011 to 2015, they held roles at St. Andrew's Books, videocareerfinder, 5Crowd, and Freelance | Self Employed as an IT Business Partner, Director of IT, Project Manager, and Web Developer respectively. In 2016, they were a Senior Technology Director at All Roads Inc. and from 2017 to 2020, they were Director of Software Engineering, Director of Information Technology, and Senior Information Technology Consultant at Strader Ferris International. Currently, they are Director of Software Engineering and Director of Information Technology at MaxSold.

Konstantin Loutsenko has a diverse educational background. Konstantin obtained a Computer Programmer Analyst degree from George Brown College between 2003 and 2006. Konstantin then went on to pursue a BBCOM in Information Technology Management from Ryerson University between 2006 and 2008. Konstantin concluded their formal education with a MMSc, Masters of Management Science from Ryerson University between 2010 and 2012. Additionally, they hold two certifications: Breakthrough to Excellence: Leading with Purpose from MaxSold obtained in June 2022 and Maxsold - Lead to the Max from Crestcom International obtained in October 2021.
