Sheila Johnston

Sheila Johnston has over 20 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Sheila began their career in 1998 as an HR Assistant at Sears Canada. Sheila then moved to Jacob in 2001 where they served as an Assistant Manager. In 2003, they joined Assurant Solutions as an Human Resources Associate and was promoted to Human Resources Manager. In 2007, they joined Calian Contractor - Environmental Sciences Group (ESG) Royal Military College of Canada as a Human Resources Program Manager. In 2014, they became a Human Resources Manager at The Home Depot Canada. In 2021, they joined Suzy Lamont Photography as an Administrative Specialist and The Ivy Restaurant as an Assistant Manager. Sheila is currently serving as Senior Director, People and Culture at MaxSold.

Sheila Johnston attended St. Lawrence College from 1996 to 1998, where they earned a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources Management and Services.
