Alamelu Vaidyanathan

Alamelu Vaidyanathan has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Learning and Development at MaxVal Group, Inc. since April 2022. In this role, Alamelu designs learning frameworks and implements initiatives to enhance the skills of employees across the organization. Prior experience includes establishing dedicated L&D teams at various companies, notably as a Senior Manager at MaxVal and as a Consultant for a confidential analytics firm. Alamelu has also held managerial positions at Ugam, GRD School of Commerce and International Business, Ford Motor Company, and Cognizant, focusing on training and professional development across diverse sectors. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in International Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Sciences from Bharathiar University.
