Heather Manzano is an experienced human resources professional and consultant with a diverse background in leadership and employee development. Currently serving as HR Director and Culture Champion at Maxwell Leadership since April 2022, Heather also owns Manzano Consulting, established in April 2021. Previously, Heather held significant roles at The John Maxwell Team as Executive Director on the President's Advisory Council and at The John Maxwell Company as a Certified Teacher, Speaker, and Coach. Heather's earlier career includes serving as AVP for Employee Development at Genesee Valley Federal Credit Union and AVP for Branch Administration at Ocean City Home Bank.
