Charlotte Rhucent Dulay

Charlotte Rhucent Dulay is a skilled Medical Assistant at Maxwell Medical since November 2016 and has been a dedicated student at City University of New York City College since August 2015. Active in leadership as President and Team Coordinator of Partners in Health Engage CCNY since August 2016, Charlotte contributes to the organization's mission of advancing universal healthcare through education, advocacy, and fundraising efforts.
