Adam Fruitbine has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Adam is currently working as the Chief Investment Officer at MAXX Properties, where they lead the firm's investment efforts throughout the U.S. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Capital Markets at Pacific Urban Investors, where they were responsible for the firm's acquisitions and strategic expansion in Eastern U.S. markets. Adam also worked at Waypoint Residential as a Senior Managing Director, focusing on capital raising and distribution strategies. Before that, they held positions at Alliance Residential Company as a Managing Director & Portfolio Manager and at The Tuckerman Group as a Managing Director and Partner. Adam'scareer started at Real Estate Capital Partners, where they worked as an acquisitions and asset manager. Overall, Adam Fruitbine has a strong background in investment management and raising capital for real estate projects.
Adam Fruitbine completed their high school education at Friends Academy from 1985 to 1989. Adam then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business from The George Washington University, where they attended from 1989 to 1994. Following this, Adam furthered their education at New York University from 1995 to 1998, earning a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Real Estate Finance. Prior to their college education, they attended The Green Vale School from 1977 to 1985.
