Carol Massa (FKA Norden)

Carol Massa, formerly known as Norden, has extensive experience in property management and operations, beginning with SCG Realty Services as Senior Manager from 1992 to 1998. Following this role, Carol served as Regional Manager at Alliance Residential Company, Greystar, Prime Group, and Laramar Group, overseeing multiple properties and training staff. From 2009 to 2017, Carol managed various types of housing as Property Manager and later as SW Asset Manager for PEM Real Estate Group. Since 2013, Carol has owned and managed Massa Industries while serving as Regional Manager and then promoted to Regional VP of Operations at Maxx Properties since January 2017.
