Cynthia C C Chan, ICF PCC, is an experienced coaching professional with a focus on leadership development, transition management, and work-life effectiveness. Currently serving as an Associate Coach at theMakings since October 2022 and as a Certified Professional Coach at BTS since 2010, Cynthia has also held roles at May & Company and COACH A while founding C's Potential. Prior experience includes a role as a Certified Professional Coach at the Center for Creative Leadership and a Regional Manager for Talent Management at Johnson & Johnson in the Asia Pacific region.
